Any drug metabolized by CYP450 enzymes could potentially interact with cannabidiol.

So basically any drug that interacts with grapefruit juice also interacts with CBD.

  • Antihistamines,
  • Beta blockers,
  • Calcium channel blockers,

  • NSAIDS,
  • Oral hypoglycaemic agents,
  • PPIs
  • Steroids,
  • Sulphonureas.
